The Fundraising Committee effectively plans and fund-raises to meet the goals set by the committees. The committee is made up of any interested parents and parents who may be the Event Leads (i.e. Dream Auction). The Fundraising Committee Chair, or designate, is a member of the Parent Executive Committee.

To those of you new to HPAS, “Fundscrip” is a Canadian fundraising program that asks for supporters (you!) to pay for their everyday purchases (groceries, gas) with gift cards bought through the program. There are over 100 participating retailers that donate 3%-10% back to the program.
We love it- you don’t have to buy things you don’t need, there is a continuous flow of money in to the school, and we’re not asking you to spend more money, just to use gift cards instead of cash or credit cards.
Here is an example: If I buy grocery and gas cards equal to about $1000/month, my annual contribution to the group is $360!!! FREE MONEY!!
Remember to complete your EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) so HPAS gets maximum revenues. There are information brochures and sign-up forms in the HPAS office and listed below.

- Go online at http://www.fundscrip.com/LoginOrSignUp.aspx and register your family using the invitation code E88KG2 so that the money raised comes back to HPAS
- Once registered, please print out the EFT form, or grab one from the pink folder from the HPAS office, and return it via email, fax or mail to FUNDSCRIP
- Place an order! Our next order deadline is January 19th, 2012.
